Admissions for session 2025-26 are in progress for Classes Pre Nursery to IX & XI.

• Parents/Guardians can collect the application form from the school office from 8:00 A.M. to 3 P.M. on payment of Rs.550/. The Form and Registration Process can also be done online by clicking on the Online Registration link provided on the home page.
• Bhonwal Convent School is an English medium co-educational Senior Secondary School (10+2) level that follows the CBSE curriculum. The teacher-student ratio of 1:15 ensures individual attention to the pupils and caters to their different learning styles guided by highly qualified and trained teachers.
• Admission to all classes in the present session will be through observation/interaction with the student and the parents followed by written assessment to take stock of the strengths and weaknesses of the child.
• Registration Form is to be filled and submitted at the school office within three days after the issue of Registration Form.
•  The admission process for Bhonwal Convent School includes the following steps:
• Registration
• A registration form is available from the school or online.
• A non-refundable registration fee is required.
•  
• Written test
• For classes I and above, the criteria of written test is applicable in subjects like English, Math, and science.
• Interaction
• Students may have an interaction with the Principal or other staff. *
• Admission confirmation*
• If a student is admitted, parents must deposit the fee within a specified time.
• Formalities
• Students who are admitted must complete the required formalities before joining.
• At the time of registration, the following documents are to be submitted at the school office.
• Photocopy of Birth Certificate.   
• For class I and above photocopy of previous year's Report Card.   
• Passport-size photographs (Two of the students & one each of the parents).
• Aadhaar Card of the student.
• Address proof   
• For class I and above, a Transfer Certificate is to be provided at the time of admission with the Personal Education Number(PEN) of the student.
• Service Certificate/ I-Card (If in Defence Services)             
• Incomplete or illegible Registration Forms, without photographs will not be accepted.
